Properties of Pumped Fluids:

  • Fluid temperature should be between 0°C and 80°C.
  • Kinematic viscosity should be between 1 and 30 mm²/s. (For higher viscosity values, please consult us.)
  • Maximum particle size should be 50 mm.

JC 500 pumps are manufactured from high-quality materials to ensure long-lasting and durable performance:

  • Pump body and volute: Cast iron - DIN GG 25
  • Impeller: Precision cast steel - AISI 4140 (DIN 42CrMo4)
  • Pump shaft: Manufactured steel - AISI 1040 (DIN C35)

Electric Motor:

JC 500 pumps operate with 3-phase asynchronous motors and have an IP 55 protection rating, making them resistant to challenging working conditions. 2-pole and 4-pole motor options are available.
